Notice:  We are a Delta Dental, Met Life and Cigna preferred provider for orthodontic benefits.  These plans require the acceptance of a discounted orthodontic fee schedule.  This benefit greatly reduces your out-of-pocket orthodontic expenses.  There are no orthodontists in the Sioux Falls area who are preferred providers that will accept your insurance's reduced orthodontic fee.  For all other insurance companies, we will offer the preferred provider orthodontic fee of $4880.  Patients with no dental insurance are also able to take advantage of the same preferred provider fee of $4880.
